Welcome to Hawkette Bowling

We encourage student participation and are open to all students in 9-12 grade. Being a part of the Ankeny bowling program involves time and commitment as the athletes will be missing 8th period for practices and matches that take place 2-3 times per week. Bowlers will practice at Great Escape in Pleasant Hill, IA and travel around the metro-area for matches against opposing schools. During practice, we take time to focus on drills, form, and having fun. Practices are from 3:45-5:15 and take place during the week. During matches, the athletes will bowl two individual games as well as five baker games to give the team an overall total score. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
